When attempting to insert the Allen Bolts, the Allen Nuts need to be fully inserted into the bottom of unit where the Allen Bolt will reach through and thread together. By doing this, you will be able to connect the bolt to the nut and secure it in place.
We do have inventory of replacement parts. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the specific part name you need along with your first and last name, mailing address, and contact info. If we have the part in stock, and you have purchased the product within the last two years, we would be happy to provide a replacement.
Unfortunately we do not have replacement adhesive pads. We usually would have to replace the entire bar, and are only able to do so on a case by case basis depending on how long you have had the product.
Our Cooling Towels are meant to be stored damp in the original container(don’t worry, they will not mold) so that they do not dry stiff. If that does happen, simply soak it in warm water. Do not pull the towel apart as it may cause damage.
Unfortunately the watches have been discontinued and the software has fallen out of date and is no longer available. We would recommend returning the watch to the original place of purchase. If they cannot process a return, please reach out to email@example.com. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
